COLOR DEL TIEMPO (TIME´S COLOUR)
This is my most risk-taking work. It was described by the journalist Diego
Manrique from Radio 3 as an “ethno-Techno” project. The arrangements
were done by Fernando Ortí who composed some of the songs as well.
The production was on the hands of José Manuel Ramos and Carlos Más.
The idea of this recording was “painting” the timple as well as
some traditional melodies with new colours. It was originally presented in
a theater in Brusssels and then we took it to such different places as the
“Folk Segovia”, the Circulo de Bellas Artes in Madrid, the Gran
Teatro La Habana in Cuba or the Sala Zitarrosa in Montevideo.
